There’s something special about using mud to make beautiful things.

My mom gifted me a pottery class in 2018. I have always been interested (maybe obsessed?) in learning how to make things with my hands. Pottery blew me away. I fell in love pretty much immediately. Fast forward 2 years and I have a studio in a detached garage on our property, and a little son born in the summer of 2020. I am just starting to get into the rhythm of nap time + bed time = my productive time, and I am loving every minute of it.

  • All pieces are dish washer and microwave safe.

  • Locals, if you would like to pick up your pieces in-person, you can use the code LOCALPICKUP to not pay for shipping when you are checking out.

  • If you over pay for shipping, I will refund you the costs after I pack your order.

  • A portion of the profits made on this sale will go directly to support Pot LA. They describe themselves as, “the first community pottery studio owned, operated by, and intended for people of color”. They currently have a go fund me to help them stay open for the next 6 months, since the pandemic has made it impossible for them to do business as they had previously. Check out their website and buy from them, and/or donate to their cause at www.potstudiola.com.
